We offer 3 ways of worldwide shippment: 1) by EMS which cost is 30 USD, within 5-7 days; 2) By Registered Letter which cost is 17 USD, within 10-15 days; 3) by Deutsche Post/Honk Kong Post from Singapore which cost is 20 USD, within 8-12 days. For all types of shipment a tracking number will be provided. IMPORTANT NOTE: For EU custumers is available only the 3-rd type of shipment. In all cases a delay of 1-2 days is possible. In case of non-delivery after the dead-line, please contact us as to be able to find a suitable solution for you. Order cancellation policy We accept order cancellations ONLY within 24 hours after order submitting. If you wish to cancel the order you have to contact our support team and inform them about your decision. Please note that we can not cancel your order after 24 hours. We recommend you to double check your address before submitting the order. Any mistake may cause the non-delivery of the product. If you have noticed that the address was specified incorrectly, contact us as soon as posible to be able to fix the matter.
